Free International Shipping on All Orders
Every DrAcher order ships FREE — no minimum purchase, no promo code, no exceptions. From the continental US to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, and across our supported international destinations, your gear ships free.
- No minimum order: Free shipping applies to every order, every time.
- US territories included: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and APO/FPO all included.
- Tracked & insured: Every shipment includes full tracking and delivery insurance.
Processing & Shipping Times
When a crisis hits, every second counts. That's why our logistics team operates with precision and care.
Processing Time: All orders undergo quality checks and are securely packaged at our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.
Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 9 business days, depending on your destination and local last-mile delivery.
Note: Deliveries to remote locations or military bases (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO) may take an additional 5-7 business days due to logistical constraints. International destinations may also experience extended transit times.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship to most countries worldwide through our trusted international logistics partners. While our service covers the vast majority of global destinations, certain restricted regions (e.g., OFAC-sanctioned countries, active conflict zones) may not be available. Hurricane Season Priority
During NOAA-designated hurricane warnings or watches, we prioritize orders to affected US states (FL, TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC) and may upgrade your shipment to expedited service at no extra cost. Your family's safety comes first.
Tracking FAQ
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive an automated dispatch email containing your secure tracking link the moment your gear leaves our facility.
Why is my tracking information not updating daily?
Once the package enters long-haul or international air transit, it is completely normal for tracking to go quiet for a few days between major logistics hubs. The shipment is actively moving. Once it lands at your local sorting facility, real-time scans will resume.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment."
It can take 24-48 hours for our carrier's systems to sync with the tracking database after the physical handoff. If your order was dispatched over 5 business days ago with zero updates, alert us immediately at us@drachershop.com.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items may ship in separate secure packages and arrive on different days. Your remaining gear is right behind it with its own tracking number.
International Customs & Duties (DDP)
For international shipments, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your checkout price (Delivery Duty Paid). You will not face any hidden municipal fees or surprise charges at delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final.
Cancel or Change an Order
We process orders quickly. If you need to change a shipping address or cancel an order, you have a strict 12-hour window from the time of purchase to contact us at us@drachershop.com. After 12 hours, your gear is already locked into our fulfillment pipeline, and modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provided an incorrect address, notify us within the 12-hour window. If the package has already shipped, it is your responsibility to contact your local postal authority to intercept or hold the package. We are not liable for gear delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:
- Check around your property (porch, side door, with neighbors).
- Contact your local post office — carriers occasionally scan packages prematurely.
- If the package remains lost after 48 hours from the delivery scan, contact our support team at us@drachershop.com to initiate a carrier investigation.
Logistics Delays
Once the gear leaves our facility, certain external factors are beyond our direct control:
- Routine customs clearance inspections
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- Major carrier network disruptions or holiday volume surges
We do everything possible on our end to dispatch on time. If your delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help you escalate with the carrier.
