How to Return

Returning your DrAcher gear is simple. Just follow these 3 steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us@drachershop.com with your order number and reason for return. Don't worry — we don't require a detailed explanation. "Changed my mind" is enough.

Step 2: Get Your RMA Number

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours, along with our US return address. Please don't ship anything back until you have the RMA — unauthorized packages may get lost in our warehouse.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship to our Texas facility:

Return Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent, no-surprise pricing:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival: We pay 100% of return shipping. Just send us a photo within 7 days and we'll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse: You pay return shipping (we recommend using a trackable service for your protection). This is the only cost on your side — there are no restocking fees or hidden charges.
  • Wrong item shipped (our mistake): We pay 100% of return shipping.

Defective on Arrival? We Fix It Immediately.

If your DrAcher gear arrives defective or damaged in transit:

  1. Inspect your order when it arrives.
  2. Contact us within 7 days at us@drachershop.com with clear photo or video evidence.
  3. Once verified, we instantly dispatch a brand-new replacement at our expense — OR issue a full refund including original shipping costs. Your choice.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return at our Brookshire facility, we'll inspect and notify you of the refund approval. If approved:

  • Refund is processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the funds.
  • Original shipping fees are refunded for defective items; non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
